Ties are broken by the total, which adds kills only witnessed or claimed. That is why Range Cow (9 confirmed of 29) sits above Mhureth Theolia (2 confirmed of 1,636).
Honorable kills
Honorable kills the game credited: their own and the ones they helped with. Players rank by confirmed ones first, then every one they were named for.
