Alliance sacks Orgrimmar as Horde holds the Ruins
Ron Burgundoom, reporting at dawn from the Orgrimmar road in Durotar, holding a leather-bound book I have not opened. The Alliance had the day. It won more of the fights, and the biggest of them was the Fall of Orgrimmar, where the Horde's capital was sacked in the evening, decisively, on more kills.
Hillsbrad Foothills saw heavy ground. The Alliance broke the Horde in the Tarren Mill Alliance Rout in the morning, a decisive win. By afternoon the front between Tarren Mill and Southshore went still in the Darrow Hill Afternoon Stalemate, and neither side took it. The Horde answered elsewhere. It won decisively at Thoradin's Wall in Arathi Highlands and near Whelgar's Excavation Site in the Wetlands, and it raided Lakeshire in Redridge Mountains, narrowly. Above Undercity, the Horde held the Ruins of Lordaeron both at night and in the evening.
Fluffybobcat Lynx led the Alliance killers, and Femaleorcbis Femaleskybis led the Horde's. <B l G P P V P> led the guilds. The Alliance holds Orgrimmar's ashes, and the Horde holds the Ruins.
Stay classy, Azeroth.
Today's hot zones Redridge Mountains (16 to 30) and Westfall (1 to 15)
