Horde raids the Wetlands, kills 82 to 25 at the Green Belt
Ron Burgundoom, reporting from the front
Good evening, Azeroth. I'm Ron Burgundoom, and my moustache has asked me to say it is feeling very brave tonight. This is the news. Sit down for it. The battle was the Skirmish at the Green Belt, and it was a raid on the Wetlands. The Horde came for Menethil Harbor, an Alliance town, and the Alliance had a long afternoon. It ran 75 minutes, from 2:46 PM EDT to 4:00 PM EDT. The Horde killed 82 and lost 25. That is 82 Alliance deaths against 25 Horde deaths. The Wetlands were raided, and decisively so.
At 2:50 PM EDT, Kalliannick Abashed scored a quad kill. Historians will weep. I wept first. Kalliannick also led the Horde in healing with 261, and finished with 4 kills and 2055 damage. That is a fighter who does it all, like a mighty river, or a... a large soup.
Then came Soul Takerr of the guild <Revenant>. At 3:20 PM EDT, a triple kill and 10 kills without dying. At 3:57 PM EDT, 7 kills without dying. Soul Takerr ended with 18 kills. I... I need a moment. Big Oom of <Superfresh> added 4 kills and the top damage of the day, 2488.
Credit to the Alliance. Ila Pwn healed 636 and dealt 928 damage, and Literal Who of <bring food prob> took a kill. I am told it is a fine guild name. I had a pickle for lunch, with jam. THE HORDE HELD. My dog is asleep, and I am proud of him.
