Horde repels Alliance assault on the Ruins of Lordaeron
Ron Burgundoom, reporting from the front
Ron Burgundoom, reporting in a velvet smoking jacket and smelling strongly of Eau de Gankmoor. The Horde held the Ruins of Lordaeron above Undercity on Monday, September 28, and the margin was decisive. This was the Ruins of Lordaeron Bulwark, and the Alliance assault was repelled. The Horde killed 118 to 2. The fighting ran 95 minutes, from 3:58 PM EDT to 5:33 PM EDT.
The Horde had one author, and his name is Awkward Bowner. He took 23 kills and dealt 6205 damage, the most of anyone. The next name on the damage list, Vector Rahz, dealt 2369. At 5:16 PM EDT, Bowner stood at 23 kills without dying. Two minutes later, Duck Votion of <Ironwolf Clan> reached 5 kills without dying, and Bo Johnson had done the same at 4:10 PM EDT. Miniature Ration healed 554 for the Horde, the top healing on either side.
The Alliance had a thin afternoon, and I will report it thinly. Sal Kaa healed 351 for the Alliance, and Sniper Teg healed 158. The Alliance took 118 deaths and the Horde 2. The ruins stayed Horde, and my dog was not consulted.
