Alliance routs the Horde in the Deadmines, 116 deaths to 49
Ron Burgundoom, reporting from the front
Good evening, Azeroth. I'm Ron Burgundoom, and my moustache has asked me to say it is very proud tonight. On Wednesday, September 30, the Alliance won the Deadmines Night Rout, and I am told it was decisive. I believe it. I have checked the numbers twice, and once with a ruler.
The fighting ran 37 minutes, from 10:41 PM EDT to 11:17 PM EDT, in the Deadmines. There were 165 deaths in all. The Alliance killed 116 to 49. That is 116 Horde deaths and 49 Alliance deaths. Gentle readers, that is a lot of deaths. The front moved like a mighty river, or a... a large soup.
Healers won this too. Midget Bdx healed 2552 for the Alliance. Nerb In healed 2186 for the Horde. I once healed a sandwich. It did not need it. Then came the finish. At 11:15 PM EDT, Shooty Mcpow and Roderic Knuckles each had 5 kills without dying. At 11:16 PM EDT, Mikey Lebowski made a triple kill, then 5 kills without dying. At 11:17 PM EDT, Nwd Gg did the same. THE ALLIANCE ROUTED. I... I need a moment. My dog has just left the room, and I am told he was never mine.
