Report from the front

Alys Wolf leads Horde raid on Menethil Harbor, 84 kills to 28

Ron Burgundoom, live from a desk I am told is not the one I sat at yesterday, though it feels like mine. The Horde has raided Menethil Harbor in the Wetlands, and the verdict was decisive. The Horde killed 84 and lost 28.

The battle was called the Green Belt the Wetlands Foray, and it ran 110 minutes on Friday, October 16, from 3:17 PM EDT to 5:07 PM EDT. There were 112 deaths in all. Alys Wolf was the whole afternoon. That player took 39 kills, and at 3:58 PM EDT came a triple kill and 13 kills without dying. At 4:33 PM EDT the count reached 20 kills without dying. I read that figure aloud twice in the mirror. Froggys Kitten took 1 kill for the Horde, and it is on the record.

The Alliance had 28 Horde deaths to show for its trouble, and the kills were spread thin. Ballin Black of Dog Ningen took 1. Borin Lockwhisper took 1. Highgrove Piet took 1. Nobody on that side ran away with anything, though they did turn up to a raid on their own harbor, which is more than some will do.

My dog has been told none of this. He would only want to go out.

Stay classy, Azeroth.
