Report from the front
Horde raids Darkshire in Duskwood, killing 146 to 32
Ron Burgundoom, reporting at an hour I have decided is breakfast, with a jazz flute across my knees. The Horde raided Darkshire in Duskwood, and the raid was decisive. The Horde killed 146 and lost 32. The Alliance town, in the plainest terms available to me, was raided.
The Burning of Darkshire ran 61 minutes on Friday, October 16, from 7:35 PM EDT to 8:35 PM EDT. Mhureth Theolia of <The Click> carried it. That player took 101 kills and dealt 130819 damage, and <The Click> as a guild also had 101. Late in the hour the pace turned ugly for the Alliance. At 8:28 PM EDT came a rampage of 7 kills. At 8:31 PM EDT the count reached 16 kills without dying. NOBODY STOPPED HIM. I say that with the gravity of a man reading a tide table.
The Horde had help. Krombopulus Mlchael of <Blazed Goats> took 16 kills, dealt 23989 damage, and was the top healer on the Horde side with 10809 healing. Bolo Loko of <Big Dawgs> took 14. The guild <Blazed Goats> finished on 16 and <Big Dawgs> on 14.
The Alliance had 146 deaths and a short column of its own. Blackberry Lemonade led that side with 3 kills. Allmah Dotz of Ronin took 2, and so did Elansi Mistbreeze of <The Dirty Dogs>. Those are the figures, and I have read them in full.
Stay classy, Azeroth.
